We offer a full range of self help training and tutor support options for TutorFirst tutor management software users,
providing valuable help for tutors​ to maximize their efficiency and success

Additionally, as well as set-up and training for Admins, we provide articles and videos via the TutorFirst Help Center for all users.

Configuration

During your initial TutorFirst setup assistance session, our training and support specialist will ask you questions about your operation. Therefore, any complicated contracts are optimized for your program, and you’ll receive additional help for tutor’s managers​ to ensure smooth implementation.

But you don’t have to have a session! If you prefer to ‘explore and do’, TutorFirst is ready to roll.

For TutorFirst training and tutor support we provide:

  • FREE online set up assistance and training on sign up.
  • Online Video Tutorials.
  • Written Tutorials in the Help Center.
  • Instant help pop-ups around the system.

Therefore, you can always find the help you need.

Concierge

Are you short on time or staff? Most importantly, we offer a Concierge Service for additional personalized help, import assistance and scenario problem solving.

For example, Concierge doesn’t just cover TutorFirst training. That is to say you can use it for building custom reports, webforms and Marketplace.

We are always happy to hear your ideas on how we can improve the TutorFirst system. Therefore, if you have a request we would like to hear it.

If the feature requested is of general use to the TutorFirst community then we’ll schedule it in our development plans. Then it’ll be added to a future release of the system.

However, if you’d like the feature added quickly or it’s very specific then you can request a quote to develop the specific improvement.
